Process
Most of our work is projects, scoped and priced before we start. For a few teams at a time we stay on as the design function. This is how both run.
- 01We learn the productEvery flow and every edge, before we draw.
- 02One scope, one priceAgreed on the intro call, before we begin.
- 03Designed and builtProduct, brand and the front end, as one system.
- 04Yours to keepFiles, assets and code, built to hand over.
First, we learn the product.
Good design comes from knowing the product. We learn every flow and every edge before we draw.
That knowledge compounds, so we work long term. We get better the longer we are in it.
- We learn the whole product
- We sweat the edges
- Partner, not vendor
- Design that ships
- One embedded team
- Compounding context
How we work
- 01
We work like part of the company
On every project we think about the product the way the people who own it do, not as a brief to hand back.
- 02
A team chosen for the project, no manager in between
The people who fit your project work with you directly. No account manager, no handoff.
- 03
Everything runs in
Our own project tool, with an iOS app. Work, conversation and decisions in one place.
- 04
Projects first, partnerships for a few
Most work is a project with a fixed scope, from $10k. A few teams at a time keep us on as their design function, and the project credits toward the first month.
- 05
Everything is yours, and built so your team can carry it
Files, assets and the front end are yours. Nothing is built in a way only we can maintain.
The two ways
Individual
Fixed scopeEvery product is at a different point. Bigger one-time projects, a full rebrand or a launch, start at $10k+ and are quoted per project. Tell us what it is and one of us writes back.

- What does a project cost?A project starts at $10k. One scope and one price, agreed on the intro call before we begin, with no hourly rate and nothing added at the end. A bigger project, a full rebrand or a launch, is quoted per project from $10k after the call.
- What does it cost to keep the studio on?$16k per four weeks for product design, end to end. Branding adds $5k, Motion adds $6k, Development adds $10k, each per four weeks alongside. You can pause between cycles, and billing stops while you pause.
- How long does a project take?It is scoped on the intro call, so you know the date before we start. One project from your roadmap runs as one deliverable. Ongoing work runs in four week cycles with one planning call a week, and the rest happens in and in your Figma.
- Who does the work? The two founders and the team chosen for the project. There is no account manager and no handoff. You have a direct line to the people designing and building.
- What do we keep at the end?Everything. The design files, the assets and the front end we ship are yours, whether we continue or not.
- How do we start?Book a thirty minute intro call. We learn the product first, then agree one scope and one price. If you stay on afterwards, the project credits toward the first month.
- Who do you work with?Funded early stage teams that want the product and the brand designed as one system and built, from the first interface to the release. A few teams at a time keep us on as their design function.
Your product studio
is one call away.
More output means nothing without better decisions. That's the part we're here for.
The call
Thirty minutes, this week. You leave with a scope and a fixed price. No deck, no pitch.
